Condensation cycle test

Implemented by a partner company! Forcing condensation to occur on test samples to reproduce the condensation state.

Condensation caused by rapid changes in temperature and humidity can lead to product corrosion, leaks due to ion migration, and malfunctions. The "Condensation Cycle Test" involves temperature changes and humidification, forcing condensation to occur repeatedly to evaluate resistance to condensation. We can also observe the time-dependent changes before and after the condensation test, so please feel free to contact us if you need assistance. 【Test Chamber Specifications】 ■ Model: TSA-203D (ESPEC) ■ Internal Dimensions: W650×H460×D670 ■ Temperature Range ・High-Temperature Exposure: -10℃ to +100℃ ・Low-Temperature Exposure: -40℃ to +10℃ ■ Humidity Range: 40 to 95% RH (High-Temperature Exposure) ■ Power supply during testing is also possible *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Power Cycle Test

From devices to systems, we provide extensive support for your challenges! We respond to requests for power cycle testing such as AEC-Q101.

WTI, which undertakes the design contracting of device peripherals and information communication equipment, conducts "Power Cycle Testing" in collaboration with partner companies that have dedicated testing rooms and personnel secured. In power modules, handling high power at the kW level generates thermal stress due to repeated ON/OFF cycling, leading to symptoms such as performance degradation, destruction of the product, and product failure due to reduced heat dissipation caused by grease deterioration. The corresponding tests are established as standards, specifically JEITA-ED-4701/601 602 603. For automotive electronic components, they are standardized under AEC-Q101. Additionally, various tests are conducted under different conditions depending on the purpose, such as grease evaluation tests. 【Features】 ■ In addition to static characteristic evaluation and switching evaluation of power modules, structural development support through thermal and stress analysis is also possible. ■ The system is equipped to support not only individual modules but also the development of power systems such as DC-DC converters. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
